We would like to thank you for your interest in our clinic. In the following, we provide you with information on numerous important aspects for your stay with us.
Advisory Service & Appointments
We support you and the persons accompanying you both in advance in organizing your visit and on site while staying with us. We will gladly provide advice personally and cordially invite you to contact us.
We strive to clarify all of your questions. Please note that, in cases of a treatment-related inquiry, it would be helpful to provide medical information such as diagnoses, medication, or diagnostic images in order to guarantee optimal treatment and care. Please forward medical documents in advance via email to us. We will respond to you immediately.
Accommodations for person(s) accompanying you
We are able to provide double bed rooms, in case you wish to stay with the patient. We will also gladly assist you in arranging accommodations for your accompanying person(s).
Visa
Any citizen of an EU member state does not require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany. Are you not a citizen of an EU country? You can find a detailed description on visa requirements and whether you will need a permit on the home page of the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswaertiges Amt). You can find more information in the link list. Should you encounter difficulties in obtaining a visa, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to assist.
Cost Coverage with S2-Form
If you are coming from an EU country, you can request from your insurer to cover the costs. Policyholders in a statutory insuranca plan in the EU are entitled to seek cross-border treatment when medically necessary and/or the treatment is not feasible in the country of residence. Please not that you are required to request the reimbursement of costs prior to the beginning of treatment.

Individual Service
We provide individual service in order to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. This includes, for example, pick-up service from the airport or arranging for a professional translator. Upon request, we are happy to organize leisure activities for you or the person(s) accompanying you. Further services are possible by request.
Religious Services
It is important for us that you feel comfortable during your visit at our clinic. Accordingly, we also like to make it possible for you to meet your religious needs. Therefore, a non-denominational “Room of Tranquillity” is located on our clinic grounds, open for you anytime. In addition, there is the possibility to visit the St. Quirinus Catholic Church or the Friedenskirche Protestant Church located in the direct vicinity of the clinic. For Muslim patients, visits to a mosque can be arranged. The closest mosque is located 15 minutes from our clinic and belongs to the Turkish Islamic Community of Bonn (Tuerkische Islamische Gemeinde zu Bonn e.V.).
