The aim of the Association is the development of public healthcare in the field of research into tumor-related illnesses and further development of palliative healthcare models. Medical, custodial, psycho-social and pastoral aspects should receive the same level of consideration.
Of particular importance are the following:
• Conducting of research projects
• Assignment of research assignments
• Support of out-patient and clinical research proposals
• Support of interdisciplinary treatment
• Early recognition and cure of tumor-related illnesses
• Hosting of scientific events
• Promotion of scientific cooperations
• Support for public healthcare institutions that are active in the area of tumor diagnosis and palliative medicine.
